Note: Back in Time Upgrade is not supported. You can not upgrade to a vSphere Version which was released prior to the current vSphere Patch.

Download the Custom ISO from VMware Product Download: https://customerconnect.vmware.com/downloads/details?downloadGroup=ESXI700&productId=974&rPId=45006
Steps:
- Console to the Physical Server and mount ESXi Installer ISO
- Boot from CD/DVD drive
- Now you can see that the ESXi Installer is loading
- Installer Initializing now
- Click Enter to continue the installation
- Accept the EULA by Pressing the F11 to continue
- Select Disk to Install or Upgrade the ESXi
- Select Upgrade and Press Enter
- Press F11 to Confirm the Upgrade
- Upgrading the ESXi is Inprogress now
- Now Upgrade is Completed Press Enter to Reboot the ESXi
- In this stage ESXi is rebooting now
- Now you have upgraded the ESXi 6.5 to 7.x
